The price of the hostel was incredibly low, especially considering the quality. the dorms were spacious and had plenty of space for everyone. the cute little garden was a fantastic place to relax, play games, and meet other travelers.
Some of the staff were unfriendly, which created an unfriendly vibe overall. the breakfast was quite expensive for a backpacker budget, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with limited access.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the comfortable and affordable shared bedrooms, the lovely lobby and entrance hall, and the marvellous garden. the shared kitchen was a great convenience. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. the hostel had wifi everywhere and was impeccably clean, with regular cleaning and fresh beddings for each guest. the lounge area and lockers were also appreciated. the hostel's location on a quiet side street, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, was very convenient.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. They were also happy to give guests their space when needed, which was a refreshing change. the hostel had a lively atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to meet fellow travelers and strike up fascinating conversations. the comfortable beds and clean facilities made for a pleasant stay, and I particularly appreciated the option of leaving my backpack securely stored in a locker. I highly recommend this hostel for its welcoming atmosphere and convenient amenities. Cons: Nothing could dampen my experience at this hostel—it was perfect! 😊.

The service was top-notch with friendly staff who even mailed back my forgotten jacket. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the city center. The price was reasonable for everything offered. The small inner courtyard was beautiful and added a touch of tranquility to my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was great and my daughter loved it too. The bed was comfortable, and there were separate showers so we didn't have to wait. The access was secure with a special code. It was an easy walk from the train station. The bar and garden were fantastic, and the whole place was clean and close to the city center.

As a first-time hostel guest, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than at Strowis. The location is ideal - right in the city center, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The shared facilities, like the toilets and showers, were always available and well-maintained. The common garden with the ancient water well and pond is a beautiful spot to relax and socialize. The fully equipped kitchen and storage options were convenient, and the availability of rental bikes was a nice touch. a well-run hostel with a welcoming atmosphere.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had an amazing stay at Strowis. The hostel was spotlessly clean and had a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the cozy bar and chillout area, as well as the small courtyard where we could relax and smoke. For the price we paid, we didn't expect such a nice place. Highly recommended!

Great advice on local beer tasting
During my stay at Strowis, I had the pleasure of receiving some fantastic advice from the friendly staff. When I expressed my interest in beer tastings, they recommended a visit to Berts Beer shop, just a short walk away. I went there and got all the information I needed to have a fantastic evening exploring the local beer scene. I highly recommend this hostel for its helpful staff and great recommendations.
